STUDIO POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

All appointments are required to be booked online with a deposit.

A confirmation email will be sent shortly after to confirm your appointment time, date & full address and parking info to the studio.

When filling out your booking info it is recommended to select *SMS Reminders* to receive a text message 24 hours before your appointment as a reminder!

 

  • Please Show up on time to your appointment & NOT EARLY.

Time is needed in between clients to sanitize and prep. Early arrivals will be asked to wait outside in the lobby couch/waiting area.
 

  • No extra guests. They will be required to wait outside in lobby/waiting area until your appointment is finished. 

 

  • Masks are no longer required at your appointment but feel free to wear at your preference. We provide disposable masks, hand sanitizer and a sink to wash your hands at any given time as per your request. Hand sanitizer is located at entrance. 
    Staff will be wearing masks at all necessary times, this is a preference we've had in place pre-covid & apart of our hygienic standards.


    PAYMENTS ACCEPTED




    We accept all major credit cards & will be charged HST.
    We do NOT accept Tap or Debit/Visa Debit. 
    Payment Plans are available for all merchandise, courses & services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be cancelled within  a minimum of 24 hours or deposit will be kept.


All deposits are non refundable & can be used as credit towards your next rebooking of appointment.
No exceptions.


If you miss or no-show your appointment, your deposit will be kept. 
After multiple last minute cancellations you will no longer be able to book an appointment.

LATE POLICY

There is a 15 minute late policy.

If you're more than 15 minutes late, I have the right to cancel your appointment and send you a message to reschedule.
Your deposit will be kept.

After multiple late appointments I will no longer accept future appointments.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

All products, trainings, services & deposits are final.

No refunds. No exchanges.
No exceptions.

If something is defective, or there is a problem with your service we will correct it within 48 hours. If you are not available within this time frame, the correction is no longer valid.
